These terms apply to your use of this website and to pool services booked with Makedon Pool, Mellieħa, Malta.

1. Using this website

The information on this website is general guidance about pool care. It does not replace an on-site assessment or the instructions supplied with equipment and pool products. We aim to keep it accurate but may update it at any time.

2. Visit requests and quotations

A visit request sent through this website is not a booking. We confirm each visit, its scope and its price with you before any work starts. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Access and safety

You agree to give safe access to the pool and equipment at the agreed time, and to tell us about any known hazards. If we cannot access the pool safely, we may need to reschedule.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quotation or invoice. Extra work or parts are only charged when you have approved them.

5. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a visit. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law are not affected.

6. Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
